What could make our time in Brighton with a sell out gig at Concord 2 even better?? Hotel Pelirocco! This place is off the heezeee beleee meh! As you know Femme Ferale and the Rebel Bingo champion anything that's individual, colourful and full off attitude! So Hotel Pelirocco, dubbed the 'Rock n roll Hotel', was a place we fell in love with straight away! Friendly and personable staff greeted us warmly on arrival, and we immediately felt at ease because they were so informal but on the ball. As the sunlight streamed through the window, some northern soul crooned on the radio, chilled to perfection.
Now it wasn't me and Luki's 1st time in Pelirocco, we'd been there in the summer for a Pin Up Shoot with the awesome Russ Bell and wonderful make up artist Lisa Harris. the hotel was chosen becaue of it's character and the fact that it has a selection of diversely themed rooms. I had a 60s look so was photographed in the 'Modrophenia' room, i loved it's pop art feel and felt like it was only right as "when in Brighton...".

Luki was pretty in pink in the aptly named 'Pussy' room, she does love a double entendre after all! We had spent the night in the Diana Dor's room with burlesque diva Annette Betty and lots of camp horse play had ensued.
This time round we were in the Opelia Fancy room and with framed nipple tassels we were well suited to this lingerie themed room. We took advantage of the pretty vanity table, painting our faces and drinking cocktails bought up from the bar below. And after the show we couldn't wait to rest our head on the gigantic, supersoft, bow shaped cushion.
We HEART Hotel Pelirocco!
